This Privacy Policy explains how MindPen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android (the “App”).

The App lets you record audio, transcribe audio using AI, and transform transcripts using a separate AI service. Recordings and transcripts are linked to your account and stored so you can access them across sessions and devices.

C. Transcripts and AI-Generated Output
